Where is my order?

Don’t worry if you haven’t received a dispatch email from us yet, we will be working exceptionally hard to make sure your order reaches you within your delivery timescale. If the delivery timescale has passed and you still have not received your order please call our team on 0161 220 1746 or send message using our contact page.

My item is broken or developed a fault?

All of our electrical products come with a manufacturers standard 12 month return to base warranty. Should your product develop a fault within this period of time please call our team to discuss the best way to resolve your problem.

Unwanted items?

If you need to return an unwanted product, make sure all the packaging is in a resalable condition, and the item is exactly as you received it. You need to get it back to us within 14 days from the date on your dispatch note. For hygiene reasons some personal items cannot be return if unwanted.

How do I use coupons or vouchers?

At the checkout page you’ll see a box with coupon, please enter any valid coupon or voucher codes and the code will be applied!

Where do you deliver to?

Our UK delivery service includes England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales, together with the Channel Islands, IOM, IOW and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland.

You can also collect your item if in stock from our warehouse in Manchester.

 

How long will may order take to be delivered?

Free Delivery on all items can take up to 3-5 days. We also offer express delivery which is available at the checkout.
